1. Administration Building

This facility will house the administrative offices of the various groups on campus. This will be the headquarters of Mission India and RIMI in India. The evangelizing, teaching, equipping, and discipling outreaches to bring the Gospel to all of India will be administered from here.

2. Education Facility

This building will provide classrooms for MIBI one-year students, degree students, and advanced-degree students. The facility will provide the learning environment for preparing students in the Word of God and equipping them for key ministry throughout all India. Degree programs include a one-year diploma program, a four-year Bachelor of Theology program, and three-year advanced degrees, such as a MDiv, MTheology, and MBA.

3. Library

The library will be the repository of the MIBI collection of books and media used in teaching the Word of God and training MIBI students to be effective missionaries to the people of all India.

4. Chapel

The chapel will be the visual and symbolic center of the campus. It is located in the center of the campus academic area and will be the dominant tall building identifying the MIBI campus. The design of the chapel is developed around a cruciform plan. It is designed to seat a total of 500 on the main floor and the wrap-around balcony. It is a facility that will draw all of the worship and praise to God. It is also designed to facilitate spoken instruction and learning.

5. Boy's Dormitories

The dormitories will house all of the 300 male students enrolled in the various Mission India Bible Institute programs.

6. Girl's Dormitories

The dormitories will eventually house 200 students enrolled in the MIBI programs.

7. Initial Girl's Dormitory

This building provides housing for the 25 students who started classes in June 2001.

8. Hospital

The hospital will serve the medical and physical needs of the students and faculty of the Mission India Bible Institute. In addition, it will provide medical services to the community of Khadgaon and the entire surrounding area. It will be an outreach of the love of God to the people who use its' services, by providing an opportunity to minister to them physically and spiritually.

9. Staff Apartments

These apartments will provide on-campus housing for MIBI directors, faculty, subordinate staff, general staff, and for their families.

10. Museum of Missions

The museum will provide a dynamic missions vision, information, and challenge for Christians in all parts of India, especially the young people, by presenting the history of Indian Christian missions through various exhibits and multimedia presentations.

11. Mercy Home

This building will portray the love and compassion of Jesus Christ through providing care for 100 orphans and poor children of India.

12. Cafeteria

The cafeteria will provide the foodservice needs for all the members of the MIBI community.

13. Technical Facility

The purpose of this facility is to provide church planters with technical skills and training so that they will become part of the economic devel opment of the villages to relieve poverty, and ultimately enable the church to become self-supporting in its operation.

14. Guest Facilities

These buildings will provide on-campus housing for international visitors and visitors from India to learn and serve in God's work through Mission India.

15. Dairy

The dairy will provide milk for the Mercy Home and campus community as well as supporting the work of MIBI.

16. Married Students Apartments

These buildings will provide on-campus housing for married couples and those with children.

17. Prayer Tower

The prayer tower is the symbolic expression of the work of the campus, with its visual emphasis on prayer and the Word of God. An upper dedicated prayer room and a large, open Bible sculpture accomplish this. It is located on the axis of the campus entry road.

18. Sports Courts

The purpose of the outdoor area is to provide group recreation opportunities on the campus of MIBI. These various court-related activities will provide an outlet for physical activities, social interaction, and fellowship.

19. Pavilions

The 8 pavilions will provide a campus-wide opportunity to gather for prayer, personal study, privacy, group activities, spontaneous events, family occasions, outdoor classes, open-fire dinners, and much more. An area of fieldstone paving surrounds each pavilion.

20. Entry Gate House

The entry gatehouse will be the facility for control of entry and exit from the entire MIBI campus for personnel, students, and visitors.
