Director of Youth Leaders Ministry

Job Objective

Mobilize American Youth Pastors and other Youth Leaders to reach the emerging youth of South Asia especially those in the country of India.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Theology, Youth Ministry, Communication, Education, or Missions
Five years experience working with youth and/or fundraising
Mature Christian who is involved in a church congregation
Must be willing and able to travel whenever necessary which may include weekends
Excellent inter-personal communication skills
Enjoys interacting with teenagers
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - PowerPoint proficiency a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A strong support team for both prayer and finances

Responsibilities

Travel around the United States and Canada representing the ministry to Youth Pastors, Youth Leaders and youth groups in order inspire them to care about people around the world
Develop and maintain contact with these youth workers
Raise money for the ministry
Work with our India Youth Director to help fund youth conferences - currently 100 per year
Travel one or two times a year to India to speak at various conferences and to gain firsthand experience about the ministry
Mobilize Youth Pastors and Youth Leaders from the US to be guest speakers at the conferences in India

Compensation

Each staff member is responsible to raise their own support as a full time missionary to India. No benefits are available at this time.
