Executive Assistant
Job Objective
Provide organizational assistance to our executive team
Qualifications
- A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Ability to multi-task
- Five years experience as an administrative assistant
- Ability to be a part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. PowerPoint experience is a plus
- A strong support team for both prayer and finances
Responsibilities
- Answer the telephone
- Respond to e-mails
- Assist the executive team with daily tasks
- Create and write business correspondence
- Assist executive team in follow-up and maintaining contact with donors and board members
- Organize and keep track of travel schedule including speaking engagements
- Set up speaking engagements with organizations, churches, and groups
- Enter contacts into our database
Compensation
Each staff member is responsible to raise their own support as a full time missionary to India. We will provide financial assistance as you get started. No benefits are available at this time.
