Job objective
Promote the ministry of RIMI to potential donors throughout the US and Canada
Qualifications
- Five+ years experience as a director of a non-profit organization
- Master's Degree - preferably in Business, Theology, or Missions
- Heart for missions
- Mature, godly person who loves the Lord and who has a teachable spirit
- Demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith and active participation in a church congregation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with PowerPoint preferred.
- Ability to delegate, collaborate, and get along with team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Able to manage and oversee the details of the ministry as well as how those details fit into the big picture
- Well-organized, creative, flexible, and able to be part of a team
- A strong support team for both prayer and finances

Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the United States and Canada with the president of RIMI and independently - this will often involve traveling on weekends
- Initiate, facilitate and maintain contact with potential and current donors including businesses, churches, and individuals
- Supervise office staff, work with staff, and conduct staff meetings
- Articulate the vision of RIMI through verbal presentations to donors, organizations, and churches
- Present the ministry and follow up with contacts both verbally and through written correspondence
Compensation
Each staff member is responsible to raise their own support as a full time missionary to India. No benefits are available at this time. RIMI will provide some support to get started.
