Ministry Travel Associate

Due to the type of travel required, and as per RIMI's policy manual,
we will only consider males for this position.

Job Objective

Travel with the President and Founder of RIMI (Mr. Saji Lukos) and assist with administrative contacts

Qualifications

A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Must be able to travel throughout the United States and Canada 50% of the time
Ability to get along well with people - especially those of different cultural and religious backgrounds
Previous experience as an administrative assistant is desired
Ability to be part of the team
Heart for missions
Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook - PowerPoint experience a plus
A strong support team for both prayer and finances

Responsibilities

Answer the telephone
Respond to e-mails
Assist the executive team with daily tasks
Create and write business correspondence
Assist executive team in follow-up and maintaining contact with donors and board members
Organize and keep track of travel schedule, including speaking engagements
Set up speaking engagements with organizations, churches, and groups
Enter contacts into our database

Compensation

Each staff member is responsible to raise their own support as a full time missionary to India. This position is eligible for receiving financial assistance from RIMI.
