	  <p>Shibu was raised in Bhilai, Madhya Pradesh. He received his Bachelor Degree in Commerce  from Ravishankar University, Raipur. Prior to his service at MI Campus, he had his own business and worked for a company as an accountant. He is currently serving in MITS as Campus  Manager. He married Mini and they have a son name Shim studying in 2nd  Standard. </p></td>
